Laurel House, the outstanding ecumenical center in Stamford for assisting those living with mental disabilities, is cohosting a free screening of the film, “No Letting Go,” onThursday, March 16th, 6:15-9:00 pm @ Ferguson Library, Third Floor Auditorium, One Public Library Plaza, Stamford

“No Letting Go” is the story of one family contending with the challenges of understanding and finding appropriate resources for a child struggling with mental illness. Randi Silverman, whose family is portrayed in the film, also co-wrote and produced it.  Ms. Silverman attends each screening and holds a candid and caring Q&A session with the audience after the film. The conversations with the audience after the screening, and the other resources Laurel House makes available to those who attend, seem to be a source of real support and hope.
