Our Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Bingo was a Huge Success. A great time was enjoyed by young and old alike. What a community spirit!!
As a result of our efforts and positive energy, we were able to give a generous amount to the charities we had chosen.
The Archangels Ladies Philoptochos Society presented a check for $5000.00 to the Umbrella Club of Stamford, a Stamford based organization that has dedicated themselves to providing compassion, support and financial assistance to families and children in our community.
An additional $5000.00 is being earmarked for our hands on event -Rise Against Hunger- an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable, mobilizing the necessary resources to end hunger by 2030. Our meal packing event will be held March 30, 2024.
