This is the remarkable inner city ministry to the poor that grew from a Mission & Outreach Committee created in 2008 at Holy Trinity in New Rochelle to become a vibrant, endowed, and ecumenically sponsored service under the inspired leadership of a few devoted Greek Orthodox women. Despina Kartson spoke at our church several years ago. Lisa Coplit, a member of our parish, has been a regular supporter for many years now. I’ve participated on occasion but have turned my attention in recent years to connecting with more local ministries that do the same. — Fr. Harry
