A conscientious objector against war, Jim helped in mobilizing religious protest to oppose the Vietnam War with Daniel Berrigan, Dorothy Day and Catholic Workers. A 1968 member of the Milwaukee 14 Action Community.

War Tax Resister. Kathy has lived alongside people enduring invasion & bombing Afghanistan, Iraq, Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Bosnia.
